1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrimMe (trimme.co, app.trimme.co, or associated APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for all links, landing destinations, and marketing campaigns distributed through your TrimMe account. You agree NOT to use TrimMe to redirect to or facilitate:

• Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive social engineering campaigns.
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious payload distribution.
• Unsolicited bulk email spam (CAN-SPAM violations) or abusive SMS messaging.
• Illicit substances, weapons, or hate speech violating applicable jurisdictional laws.
• Circumvention of search engine or platform security controls.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate link deactivation and account termination without refund.

3. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation

TrimMe offers both Free and Paid (Pro, Business, Enterprise) subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account retains paid features until the conclusion of your current billing period.

4. Availability & SLA

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous availability of our redirect engine and dashboard. However, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from upstream ISP peering failures, DNS outages, or destination site downtime.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or generate verified abuse reports. Legitimate account owners may request a review or appeal by contacting support@trimme.co.
